The general manager of the Times-Union announced Wednesday he is retiring after 43 years with the organization. Bobby Martin, 67, said he?ll begin his retirement Dec. 31. Martin first joined the Times-Union in 1961 while a student at Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville.
