Are you interested in the world of mobile gaming? What about the Indie niche?

There is only ONE IGM Mobile, and we are recruiting a few good men and women to fill out our team. Specifically, we are looking to fill spots on our news and review teams, as well as a good community manager to help us keep in touch with our readers. Nintendo DS, Playstation Vita, PSP, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, we cover news and reviews spanning every single mobile platform; where there are indie developers in need of promotion, IGM Mobile is there!

News Team

If you are an avid writer looking to add to your journalism resume or a proven veteran just looking to work in a professional and fun environment, the news team is definitely for you. Worried that you don?t know enough about the mobile indie space? No problem, all of our staff are given training in handling content the IGM way, which includes learning the best ways to find and identify ?indie? news apart from the crowd.

Requirements:

• Able to complete at least 1-2 250 word (min) pieces a day based on relevant and recent events in the indie gaming community.
• Able to communicate with the team in order ?to hone in on the most interesting news without creating overlap.
• Able to complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Able to follow instructions and take constructive criticism.

Review Team

If you simply love video games on mobile platforms and find yourself constantly deconstructing every game you play, then the review team is where you belong. IGM Mobile prides itself on its ability to complete at least one review everyday, but are always looking for talent to add to our fold. Any game you may be assigned to review on behalf of IGM Mobile will be provided by the developer at no cost. Just to repeat: you get free games!

Requirements:

• Able to stick to an, at times, rigorous review schedule without fail.
• Able to complete reviews based on priority determined by the site?s administration staff rather than personal preference if necessary. (Put the team?s needs above your own, but we do take our staff?s interests into consideration)
• Able to understand the set of standards associated with games in the mobile space.
• Able to thoroughly analyze and grade games based on an out-of-100 scale.

REPEAT: MUST be a deadline oriented person. Late reviews are taken very seriously.
