Manchester GOP consulting firm adds third partner

MANCHESTER, N.H. ?

A political consulting firm hoping to shape the future of Manchester and state Republican politics added a third partner in an attempt of expanding its influence.

B-fresh consulting, a strategic political and communications outfit, has added Concord lobbying to the mix by hiring Tyler Deaton as its managing director. He began Monday.

Founded by Sarah Crawford Stewart and Chris Stewart in 2008, the Republican firm has about a 50-50 mix of business that is private businesses and non-profit political organizations. The company also re-launched its website this week and featured testimonials from high profile figures.

Sarah held senior positions on two winning New Hampshire presidential primary campaigns and in 2012 was the state director for Tim Pawlenty?s campaign before taking the same role for Jon Huntsman, who came in third.

Chris is a social media expert who was also elected to serve on the Manchester school board in 2011.

Deaton is secretary of the state?s Young Republicans, who worked on Jim Bender?s U.S. Senate campaign, and was a driving force behind efforts on the Republican side to keep the state?s same sex marriage law in place, a campaign he worked with B-fresh Consulting.

?It?s a real privilege to work with Sarah and Chris,? said Deaton. ?What I want to do is continue to build bipartisan support to get work done both in Concord and around the state.?

The trio has also founded a new non-profit with Michael Skelton called Voters for Manchester?s Future aimed at recruiting and supporting younger candidates for city elections in 2013.
