Stamps.com is seeking an individual to serve as the Human Resources
Coordinator for the Company. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the
HR Coordinator provides support to the organization with benefits
administration, payroll processing, employee engagement programs and other
HR related functions.

The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:
? Provide support in functional areas of Human Resources, including, but not
limited to benefit administration and open enrollment, employee engagement,
workers compensation, safety initiatives and special projects;
? Handle tasks involved with new hire on-boarding and orientation, employee
exits and terminations, recruitment, performance management and
compensation;
? Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with state and federal
regulations;
? Explain and interpret Company policies and procedures; answer employee
questions along with directing employees to the appropriate resource;
? Process background checks, process I9 forms and use E-Verify for
eligibility verification, provide employment verifications, prepare and
maintain personnel files and update employee reports and data regularly;
? Research, recommend and organize company employee engagement programs such
as perks and discounts, newsletters, volunteering, wellness and other
employee morale programs along with involvement in planning company parties
and special events;
? Perform payroll related tasks including time off tracking, timesheets,
data entry, reporting and act as backup for payroll manager as needed;
? Other duties as assigned.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:
? 1-2 years experience in Human Resources
? Basic knowledge of Human Resource concepts and familiarity with state and
federal labor laws and regulations
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong attention to detail and highly organized
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Practice of discretion and be capable of handling confidential information
? Experience using ADP and Report smith a plus
? Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation

The position will offer a competitive compensation package composed of
salary and stock options commensurate with the candidate?s level of
experience. Employee benefits include medical, dental and vision and
participation in the Company?s employee stock purchase and 401K plans.
