Who else wants to know if really good looking people make more money online? If you are anything like most of the people who read my articles and comment on my content, the simple truth is that you probably believe that the biggest reason I'm able to have lots of success online is due to my exceptionally good looks, unusually astute intellect and tremendous personal charisma, right? And while I appreciate you saying that, and yes, you do make some very good points, it's important to point out that the key to being successful online has NOTHING to do with my freakishly good fortune that many find unfair. (I'm also an excellent tennis player, by the way)
Want to know the REAL key to being successful online? Success has 4 "I's".
- Innovation
- Inspiration
- Illumination
- Integration
The truth? Most people will never make ANY money online (statistically less than 1 out of 100 will ever make One HUNDRED dollars for all of their ambitious aspirations) and it has nothing to do with smarts, experience, skill or really anything else that many "gurus" want to have you believe....and buy into to help you get there.
The key is really in the "I's"..:-)You've got to be able to innovate with your ideas. So many people think that simply modeling, or emulating....or even outright COPYING the work of others will make them successful. It won't. Be interesting, be unique and innovate in every niche you enter.
(and don't worry, it's not tough....and most people won't, so your job in standing out is actually easy..:-)You've got to be able to inspire other people to succeed...and to believe they can do it. Why? The key, in my view, to being successful is to help OTHER people become successful first, or at least give others a clear path to follow to share in your own good fortune. Inspiration is the key component to getting others to take action,and the primary difference between the merely selfish, from the truly successful.
You've got to offer illumination, or "a-ha" moments to your market. Shine a bright light on the landscape that you're covering...and people WILL buy your products, or follow your lead once you do.
Most importantly, you've got to integrate your efforts. This means set up systems, sequences and strategies that compliment and covalence into one coherent marketing machine...and NOT a silly series of disparate parts. (this is SO important, and the number #1 area where most folks fail as well - we'll be covering this at greater length in future segments!)
Bonus Tip: Give up on the Gurus! There is NO course, no DVD and no secret seminar that's going to make you successful overnight. Are there strategies that can accelerate ( and accentuate) your efforts? Absolutely. But is any "business in a box" solution going to get you where you want to be by itself? Absolutely not...and anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something you DON'T need to get there....I promise.
