  3. If you have to move it, put it in a proper carrying case
  4. Keep disks, modular drives, and your computer away from magnetic fields that can erase data or damage various parts
  5. When the hard drive light is on, do not turn off your computer because it is still working and information could be lost
  6. Place your computer in areas where the temperature is constant and not too hot or too cold
  7. Keep all liquids away from it
  8. Try to keep dust and other forms of dirt away from it
  9. Regularly clean it to keep it in working condition

As you do these things, you will be able to ensure that your computer lasts longer. The result of a computer that lasts longer is that it will be more reliable in helping you as your strive to gain more education.
