Our Client is a growing Management Consultancy with offices around the globe and 2,000+ consultants working across various disciplines. With their solid reputation for delivering high-quality consulting for numerous professional service sectors they are experiencing continued growth. They now have an immediate opening for a Senior Sales professional to take on business development duties from their City office for their Tax and Advisory services. ?
As a Business Development Manager you will responsible for developing and managing relationships with both current and potential clients. You will lead the development of revenue and sales strategy for growth throughout Europe, Work closely with senior management and deliver a first class service across all Tax and Advisory service solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years senior sales experience gained selling consultancy solutions across Europe. It is imperative that you are a team player with a combination of specialised knowledge and an understanding of management consultancy modelling. You will be a distinguished communicator, a proven self starter, degree educated with excellent interpersonal skills, effective and positive leadership qualities and a strong ability to negotiate deals. It would be advantageous to speak a foreign language (French, German or Spanish).
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 45-50k with an uncapped OTE of 80-90k plus excellent benefits.
